OC C.A.R.E.S. (Oneida County Community Access to Resources, Education, and Services) app offers quick access to mental health, addiction treatment and community resources and information.
Oneida County Department of Mental Health provides administrative leadership to the planning, monitoring and reviewing of services for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. When challenges arise, Oneida County Department of Mental Health is there to support you and/or your loved one along the way. Although the Department does not provide direct services, we are available to link you and/or your loved one with individualized treatment options to help reduce any adverse symptoms.
