Public Health Kiosks

There are two public health kiosks located in Oneida County. All products are free. 

     1008 Cornelia Street, Utica (located at the corner of Cornelia Street and Mandeville Street)

     Narcan, Fentanyl & Xylazine test strips are available. 

     This kiosk is operated and maintained by Helio Health.

     1002 Oswego Street, Utica (located at the Giotto Center Community Health & Behavioral Services building)

      Narcan available

      This kiosk is operated and maintained by UCP Community Health & Behavioral Services.
